Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you require a refund or exchange and allow 1-2 working days for this to be processed.

If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund, items need to be posted/couriered back to us within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise stated. We can exchange items subject to stock availability, 

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time. Please note refunds normally clear in 1—2 days.

We will only accept returns provided that the products are received in the condition they were in when delivered. Please be aware that all items must be returned with their original packaging and tags in-tact.

We would recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returned items in transit.

Made To Order

If an item says it is Made to Order, we will not be able to cancel, adjust, credit or exchange your order.  Please check the garment measurements provided. Should you receive a defective item, please contact sales@sixeightsevensix.com

Outside of the UK

For items returned outside of the UK, all extra postage costs, customs duties, and fees (where applicable) are payable by you, the customer. Six Eight Seven Six is not responsible for any return custom charges made. To avoid over-paying write "RETURNED GOODS” on the package and all paperwork. 

Faulty Items

Return of faulty items will only be accepted if the products were faulty when delivered. We take every effort to check our products thoroughly for any faults. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting sales@sixeightsevensix.com about the fault. Returns of faulty products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags or disposing of packaging.
